I started out with pain and numbness in my right leg.now after almost a week from having the esi I now have a constant ache in my back it feels stiff and tight all of the time .didn't have this feeling before. I have never had any problems with my back before so this is all new to me not sure what I should be feeling in my back to know that the esi is working. I go back to Dr next week for follow up . Is this normal what I'm feeling in my back.
