Hi I am 16 year old. female. Currently senior in high school. 2 months ago I went on bumpy roller coaster ride. since that day I could feel something is wrong with my back. Had my X-Ray and MRI done. Results came out that i have two bulging discs in my lower back. They are between l4-l5 and l5-s1.
I have gone for physical therapy but had no change. I cannot sit straight and have problem getting up after I sit down. I have been reffered to a neurologust but I am very scared.
I need help and advice for what would come next. I am very scared of injections and will no way in the world get an injection in my back at this age.
