My mom has been suffering from chronic pain for a long time now. It started when she was using one of the gym equipment (the swinging one) , and must've overstretched. From that time on, if my mom sits for too long, there will be a pain around the right part of the middle-back. My mom went to a few doctors, who all seemed unable to help.
This included an MRI scan, in which her spine appeared perfectly fine. She has also tried abdomen exercise, as recommended by the doctor.
Unfortunately, one of the tries included chiropractic. where after a few sessions, the pain became permanent. For all waking times, she would experience the back pain.
The only time it seems to be alleviated is during the time she is asleep, where it goes away, and going to a massage, where the pain softens.
Looking for advice to help treat the chronic pain.
Thanks, The blend
