So I believe I tore a back muscle in my upper back on the left side (rhomboid probably). The doctor told me I should get a MRI scan of the spine to see what is wrong, but I got the results back and everything is ok. I realized that it just scans the spine and not muscles of the back. Is it posisble that my doctor gave me the wrong type of scan???
