I am 21 years old. had an abdominal/pelvic CT Scan with Contrast for a stomach problem in the ER. They said it was all normal, but when I got my paper results, at the end, it said "The neural facet joint arthropathy seen." and at the bottom "No acute abnormalities."
My question is: Should I talk to my doctor about this? I though arthopathy was joint disease. So does that mean I have arthritis? I was diagnosed with chronic idiopathic joint pain 5 or 6 years ago, but never got any x-rays or anything.
