Baclofen Pump Not Working Correctly

Hi All,
I am new to this forum but would like to find out if others have experienced the same frustrations? I am a caregiver for my son who is 27 yrs old with a severe TBI/Axonal diffuse. He had a Medtronic pump (the larger canister) placed Oct of 2014 in his abdomen and over this past Summer the refill specialist found that there was more medicine left in the reseviour then should have been. Off by 4ml. They did a pump test. Medicine is traveling correctly but the rate is not correct. He had surgery 11/10/15 where the doc thinks the culprit was a kinked port fitting/beginning of the line....whatever.
Just had refill Dr. check the reseviour last Wed 12/2/15 and there are 6ml more than should be.

I don't know how concerned we should be? The refill doc wants to wait a month and do a recheck of the pump amount before investigating further.

What have folks seen/been through. Don't worry about alarming me. We have witnessed some pretty severe stuff.
