Little toe numb

Hi all. I am a 32 yr old female. I have a herniated disc, C6 - C7 and am going to see a neurosurgeon this Friday. I have had neck pain since I was a teenager but have not dealt with it until this year. My neck has been bothering me quite often the last few days, more than normal. Anyway, I'm sitting at work now and my little toe on my right foot went numb about 5 mins ago and is now tingling. That has never happened and I am wondering if that is common with the herniated disc that I have? My arms and hands do go numb and tingle but I have never experienced it in my foot before. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
