C6 nerve root block - rare side effect suffered! Pupil fixed

Hi there
I had a C6 nerve root block done today and the procedure went well not as bad as I'd anticipated but just before starting the lovely doctor read the risks/complications, she said very rare risk was the treatment affecting 1 pupil where it would fix smaller than other pupil, she said has only happened once in hundreds of patients! Well, she did the injection which didn't hurt at all just stung, then I sat up and felt a bit spaced out but ok, a nurse lead me back to get changed and i looked in the mirror and noticed my eye was red and pupil shrunk and fixed! I called the nurse who said oh dear ok go sit down I'll tell the doctor, I basically feel ok my right arm is very heavy, shoulder still hurting with pain down side of arm and I've had a slight headache - anyone on here have bad side effect? How long till signs of relief!!? Many thanks
