Hello, i am 23years old and was wondering if someone could help me out.
For the past 3yrs give or take a month my back has been bothering me if i sleep more than 5hour or so. I try not to sleep for long periods of time but say like last night i went out got drunk and when i got home slept for 9hrs.....if took me wh about an hour to get out of bed and get dressed because of the excruciating pain my back felt like a wooden bored with little to no flex. I am now at the computer with the pain still ligering its now been 3hours since i shimmyed out of bed.
So the pain is im my back from just bellow my neck to just above my ass its painful well if i move any were worst when i twist through some times i get a sharp pain in my neck but its rare and also rare my hips will get tight. I have elbow shoulder wrist hand and feet problems also but this is a spinal forum right lol
I have been to doctors and they just keep saying im to young for this had a xray lady said again to young for this...i say to them that me being to young doesnt help me went to therapy guy said i had a twisted vertebra after weeks he fixed it if feels better during the day now but the sleeping to long is still a problem
Now that thats out of the way what should i do???
Go see more docs?
Keep doing the slue of exercises the docs gave me that are not helping?
Limit myself to 5hours of sleep?
Any input would be greatly appreciated
