I've had my sds in for 3 weeks now. I've continued to have burning when the implant in touched a certain way since the beginning but not it's even occurring with a slight touch and even occasionally with every right step. 2 days ago I developed swelling around the implant and incision and yesterday I developed discoloration of my right foot and leg along with noticeably cold foot. The ER ruled out a blood clot although they were unable to locate a pulse in my foot, they sent me home. They said they think the implant or leads have shifted and are now pressing on a nerve causing circulation complications. My Dr is out for the week for Christmas and there is no cover Dr (only the ER who did nothing). The rep said he's never heard of this occuring. The stimulator has remained off especially since they can't get it to work in my back which is why I had it implanted in the first place. I have many autoimmune diseases and I'm afraid I'm rejecting it. The pain down my leg and and foot are different then just my normal sciatica pain. Anyone have any experiences like this???
