Hi Folks And TIA for your comments and Help.

It's Just been over 2 weeks since I Had Fusion surgery of the L4-L5 and L5-S1 with decompression also at the L4-L5. Everything went well but now I feel Muscle tightness and pain (spasms) in the glute area on the left hand side. The side at which I was having all the problems in the first place. Has anyone experienced this following surgery? What actions did you take to help resolve or alleviate the pain ? Is this a normal part of recovery and Will the pain go away over time?

Thanks again for your time.
