My Everything Hurts

I've only posted a couple of times. I am without diagnosis after 3 years of issues. Originally low back pain with severe muscle spasms in the lumbar region with tightness in the upper thighs and occasionally the upper back. No known injuries.

For all of December I have been in... agony. My entire body hurts. The muscles all down my back, neck, shoulders, buttocks, thighs and calves are TIGHT. Spasms in the lower back too. I am in SO MUCH PAIN. All of the time and nothing will release the muscles!
I am using massage rollers, hot water bottles, epsom salt baths, I've been swimming and stretching. I've stopped seeing an osteopath because he was hurting my hips - they now feel like something is trying to pull them down to my knees (likely the tight muscles)

My doctor's still won't help me (how?why?who can be expected to live this way?!) and I'm becoming more and more depressed. My life is becoming more limited every week. I can't focus on anything but the pain.
The last medication a doctor prescribed me to help was diazepam 2mg 3x a day for 2 weeks. After 2 days it wasn't helping. I took the rest, pretty much a 20mg dose (researched it first). Didn't feel a thing. Not a single iota of difference.

Has anyone else experienced a sudden increase in symptoms causing pain?
What kind of professional can help me get a doctor behind me on this?
Where the hell can I find someone to actually help me with my pain?

Have you had any tests like an Mri done? Sounds like you would benefit from a muscle relaxer to start with and then I would inquire about fibro myalgia testing bc unless you have some specific spot then you sound like a classic case of that. Worth researching. .....
