Taking Aleve at 10 weeks post lumbar fusion

I just called NS office and was told it was ok to take ALeve but just not sure Tylenol does not work . I am back to work fulltime and need to take something. what does everyone think?
Had L4L5 and L5s1 fused in 1999
10/27/15 TLIF of L3L4
360 OLIF revision on 7/6/16 for L3L4

  • I just happened to ask my surgeon this week when I can start taking Aleve again. I was told it was fine at 3 months post op, which I am past. But I am so paranoid about not fusing that I am putting it off as long as possible. I have a headache today that Tylenol has not helped....either from this weather or from starting yoga again after my 3 level acdf in September. I am trying to hold out from taking the Aleve!
