I am wondering whether anyone has experienced success in helping their back and quality of life through "natural" methods. I'm thinking about things like:
- lots of regular stretching exercises of the back and glutes and hamstrings
- yoga practice
- healthy nutrition practices
- iots of regular core strengthening workouts
- tai chi
And there may be other things I have not thought about off hand.
I have been experiencing a few back issues as set out in a separate post "unknown pain cause" and am interested to what extent people have had success or not with non medical natural type practices.
