Back Cushions for School

Hi Everyone!!! I had a spinal fusion in my L5 and S1 and I have degenerative disc disease. I recently had my rods and screws removed and I have to go back to school because I am getting my masters in social work. I was wondering if anyone knows any good cushions or seats I can use for school. I am sitting in class for about 6 hours and it kills me to sit. So I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions? Thanks so much!

  • I Velcro 2 fluffy throw pillows together and used it after lumbar fusion. Fits in the seats the best, stays put, and I could move it to the floor when I needed to. Lastly, it wasn't too bulky to carry with all the other school stuff and easily attached to the outside of any bag.

    Good luck.
