MRI Results

I think my PM didn't read all results to me, he didn't say anything about the lumbar MRI, please advise.

Lumbar MRI conclusion:

Shallow soft disc displacement's at the L3-4, L4-5, and L5-S1 levels without compressive discopathy. There is a transitional nature of the lumbosacral junction.

Desiccation of the disc and a small soft central protrusion at the T7-8 without compressive discopathy.

I've got 3 appointments booked for steroid injections & im waiting on my EMG to be scheduled. So far, I'm happy that they are figuring out the problem & treating me. I just didn't know if the results were explained thoroughly to me. The PM doc said I have discs pushing on nerves that cause the nerve pain, numbness & tingling, ect.

Any help would be great, I've been reading a lot of these posts & a lot of you have years of experience in this world.
