Graston Massage

My PT has suggested trying this on my upper back to break up some scar tissue and help with myofascial pain. I'm willing to try it but dint want it to mess with my scs wires. Has anyone had this massage that can tell me anything about it? Does anyone with an scs ever had it?

  • hi, i have had his done recently and it is very soft, you barly feel it, its just scraping with a metal tool designed to make the blood flow more in your areas with issues. I cant say if it worked on me as i had another issue at the time causing problems but i can say it does not hurt at all, hope that helps
