Pain in hands and feet?

I've gone to multiple specialists about a constant pain in my hands and feet. The pain is aggravated by the same things that aggravate my symptoms related to stenosis. Im just wondering if anyone else here has similar pain in their hands and feet? The pain never goes away and is a constant throbbing pain. If you do, is there anything you find helps manage it?

  • I wondered have you seen a rheumatologist? I have no medical training but I do suffer from fibromyalgia and it is my hands and feet which have the most pain. Even holding a book to read ends in agony. This sort of pain they try and treat with Gabapentin type drugs. Personally I have withdrawn all drugs since my fusion surgery. I did find the withdraw from Gabapentin difficult it affected my eyes mostly. Now I just take over the counter medication if I can't cope with the pain.
