I had back ache Jul 2015 from progressive shifting and carrying due to newborn and shifting of house. It took a toil and I ignored. Eventually, it spun into a series of terrible incident. I began seeking treatment. In Oct 2015, it got so bad then I could walk properly. I could feel sharp pain at the back and at times, tinging feeling at the back of my left thigh and was in bed rest for a good 1 week. I started physio and it bean healing, slowly but steadily.
However, in Dec 2015, a bad experience of massage (Thai Massage) and travelling got me into another hell of pain. This time round, my left butt felt pain. Walking and sitting was ok, it's just that getting up was a chore. I went Physio again and was recovering slowly.
AND THEN, 2 weeks back a bout of flu with sneezing made everything hit rock bottom once again. This time, my left butt and thigh feel pain consistently. Getting up was the worst, followed by Sitting and Standing. All these movements caused back. I went to a physio for manipulation but it doesn't help. The pain got so back then I began wearing the back brace and also restart taking Celebrex. Until now, the pain hasn't subside. I feel pain in the left butt all the time and left thigh whenever I'm moving.
I haven't done MRI scan yet because I'm still waiting for my public hospital appointment. I'm really at wits end and feel despondent. I'm considering to seek other physio treatment but I reckon it would be better when my MRI is done which I intend to schedule it on 10 Feb.
Anyone else faces similar issue and experience? Care to share how to ease the pain? Exercise and medication doesn't seem to help and I'm definitely afraid at the thought of surgery.
