question about pain

Had my second fusion surgery four weeks ago. First one was fusion of L4-L5-S1. The one four weeks ago was decompression and fusion of L3-L4 and removal of the hardware from first surgery. I am experiencing strong pain in my lower back, down the glutes and in the right hip that wraps around to the groin. The pain is where the first fusion occurred. The pain that is in the right hip is where my hip was replaced a year ago. The pain is constant and I am just wondering if the pain is coming now from the nerves that were being compressed by the L3-L4 fracture. Have any of you experienced this kind of pain? Would be interested in any thoughts. Thanks.
