The new Spine-Health forum system will be in place tomorrow.
I've been working on this project for over 6 months now. I will be honest in saying when I first looked at the new format, I was very confused.
But now working with it for several months, I realize that it is much more logical than our previous forum software. BUT
that still means CHANGE. And change is not always easy to accept.
I have been out in Deerfield this entire week working with the development team and marketing teams that will eventually be responsible for the new system. I have been totally impresse by their dedication and attitude to making sure things work for the members.
But with any new system and change, there comes problems. Some are only because it wasnt the way it was before and some are real. I am staying in Deerfield for the actual migratoin. This way not only can I address any member's concern, but I will have the development team with me, if there are ny changes that need to take place.
Remember, you need to walk before you can run..
That includes system migrations. We will fix any problem. On that same note, we are not going to address comments such as I dont like it, I want the old way
There are so many benefits in moving forward. One that I know everyone is gong to appreciate, and that is faster response time.
So,, while using the new system if you run into something you dont understand, etc, please useThe new system
as your vehicle to report problems and/or concerns
