I just started disc decompression last Monday and today after therapy I felt a little better. I have a bulging disc at my L5-S1, DDD, arthritis and facet disease. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone had any success with disc decompression for a bulging disc.

  • It didnt do nothing for my back, are you talking about traction?
  • I lay on this table and they put a big belt thing on me that stretches my spine.
  • Hi~
I had this procedure done a few years back and I DID have good success with it, for a time. Before going in to do it, I had a hard time walking because I was in so much pain. After the procedure, I had 12 sessions I think, I had so much relief. I could walk without limping and hurting so bad. Coming off the machine, it would take me some time to be able to even stand because of how you feel after a procedure (I don't remember exactly how it made me fell, but I know it was a bit uncomfortable).
Good luck with the procedures. I hope that it does you some good! ">image
