CAPTCHA Problem

After the system upgrade that took place last Thursday , there have been a number of people reporting problems about not seeing the Captcha Phrase.  Without that, they can not complete the log in.

Veritas-Health Developers have been working on the problem since then and have resolved the situation.  However, there are still people that are experiencing this problem.   I have gone and went step by step on various Window platforms ( 7,8 and 10) and using different browsers ( Mozilla FIrefox, Chrome, Safari and IE11)   These are the steps that you should take if you are seeing this problem.
      
  • Clear out your browser cache
  • Refresh your browser
  • Try to Log in, if there is no captcha phrase, continue
  • Clear out your browser cookies
  • Refresh your browser
  • Try to Log in again.  If there still is no captcha phrase, continue
  • Log off computer
  • Log back in
  • From a command prompt:   ipconfig /release   followed by ipconfig /renew
  • Clear out your browser cache and cookies
  • Refresh your browser
  • Try to log in again, If there is still no captcha phrase, continue
  • Power off your modem and router
  • Power on your modem and router
  • Open your browser and clear out cache and cookies
  • Try to log in again.
I have run different scenarios with different machines and browsers (also IoS devices, Iphone, Ipad, Kindle-Fire and other Android devices)

This will resolve your problem.

Computer type (Windows or Mac)
Release level of your Windows or Mac
Browser that you are using along with the version and service level of the browser. (You can get that by clicking on the About under help)

    I actually had to reinstall an updated firefox....
    clearing the cache etc did not work for firefox, but did on microsoft edge.
    Dec '16 T10-S2 fusion with pelvic fixation. Laminectomies L2, L3, L4, L5, decompressions, facet joints removed. cages L4-5, L5-S1, rods, screws, scoliosis reduced to 0*.
    June 2015: Inflam facet arthrosis L1-S, pars fractures L5 and L2, 70* lateral scoliosis with 110* rotational scoliosis on reduction, facet cysts with nerve impingements bilaterally L2-3, L3-4, L4-5, spinal stenosis L2-L4
