I use my portable Tens unit for many different aliments.
When I get some muscle spasms in my upper back or in my legs, I use the Tens to help. Where you place the pads really depends on where you are having the problem. You try to place them on either side of where the center of the problem is.
    Good luck

  • I use my TENS everyday. Seems like the late afternoon is the main time I get the jangles in my leg. I just had my one month Medicare checkup by my dr. and he wrote it up for me to keep it at least one year. I use it on my back, leg and on the worn out shoulder that screams sometimes.

I have a feeling that when I go back to work I will use it even more. Plan to pack it in my briefcase every day.

Keep up the work and keep using it.
