SI injections no longer covered??

I just found out that BC/BS in Texas will no longer cover sacro-iliac injections period, effective March 31, regardless of diagnosis or condition. I asked if I should write an appeal and I was told "you can, but when the corporation has decided not to cover a procedure it won't do any good". Anyone else have their injections denied?
