Hi!
I'm new to the forum, but I just wanted to share an exercise recommendation for anyone who has joint or back pain. It has done wonders for my mom.
My mom has been struggling with arthritis for some time now. The doctor said resistance exercises would help. But how can you exercise in pain to lessen the pain?
A friend recommended water therapy. After some "aqua aerobic" classes at the gym, we decided to get mom her own "underwater gym."
It's called an EDITED. It comes with resistance tethers and a dvd to guide you. It's a great cardio and resistance workout. My mom can exercise with minimal impact on her joints, and she has noticed an incredible difference. She claims she exercises less now (only 20 minutes in the AFS) but the workout feels like it's an hour's worth.
Hope this advice helps someone who is looking for an exercise that won't cause them any pain!
Take care!
