Pain free - bulging disc

I had a bulging disc at L3 with stenosis. Acute onset May 3, couldn't walk or sleep, very bad pain in leg. I got an epidural 2 weeks later with immediate relief. Some minor pain returned a month ago but now it's gone. I do a lot of exercises. Core strengthening and egoscue method. I also use the trueback device and use a swopper chair for work. Went on vacation 2 weeks ago and had a great time. Went kayaking, I thought a little risky but it turned out OK. I stayed away from the roller coasters. Thanks for your help. Prayers to all.

Great recovery!

Applause hurray for your recovery. sounds like you did everything right and then some.i do exercise and walking and stretching to help with my sciatica. it is a daily battle for me though. you are a very fortunate person! good luck and i hope your pain issues are gone for good. Jenny Smile
