TVA muscle activation

Hi again. I followed your advice Rachel, and thought i located my TVA while coughing. And pmazz, i only used 30% of my strength.

But it feels like the left hand side is strong (or i can feel it) and i cant really feel the right. Now, is this possible, or am i using the wrong muscle? I thought it was one big band that joins at the spine?

usually when i work with people it can take them a number of weeks before they just get it. important also, when talking about breathing in is that your stomach rises (alot of people breathe incorrectly using their smaller accessory muscles of breathing rather than their diaphragm)
