Just a question for the MOD's

I'm sure we've all done it. Typed a big long post, and then hit the wrong button, and directed to a new page. We hit the back button, and our freshly typed post is gone forever, never to be seen again. After a few minutes of cursing and stomping on the keyboard (and hopefully restraining from throwing the PC out the window) We get ourselves together, and start typing it all over again.

Is there a way that this can be changed on the forum? I know on other sites I have been to, if I hit the back button my text is still there for me to submit without having to retype.

Thanks
Amanda

I know what you mean

I have done that so many times you would not believe.
Right now, thats the way this software handles posts.
I know so many others including the old site handled it differently.
I will look to see if there is an option or an addon to prevent this from happening.
The other day, because I hit the wrong key,I lost 2 posts I was going to make.
