I wish everyone a happy holiday, too!

So many of you have helped me these past few weeks after my cervical spine surgery! And I hope I have given some people hope and good advice as well. This is a great forum as everyone is caring, yet careful to give helpful but appropriate information.

I really thank those who have helped me through some scary parts of my recovery. To those people in pain, despair or surgery-take heart that people here understand and have you in their hearts! Peace to you all!

Now that Christmas is over

Now that Christmas is over (except in Great Britain and Canada, where they have Boxing Day) I wish all of you a wonderful, healthy and pain-free new year. May 2009 be the one we have all been waiting for!

Hugs to all Spinies,

Kin
