Lightened a doctors day
Yesterday I went for my second epidural. I left late and in a hurry, grabbed the cd with the written report of the MRI on it. Well....I had clipped the report onto the wrong CD and the paper covered the label.
When the cd was put into their computer they were treated to a large studio portrait of two of my puppies.
"Is this the cd the hospital gave you?"
"Oh yes," said I.
"well, they sure are cute!"
"Huh?????"
Fortunately he was able to pinpoint (literally) the problem from the report and I got my epidural. 
I just got back from seeing NS (3 hour car ride each way) and I'm pretty miserable. Not too mention confused, depressed and stressed out from the news of no more putting off second surgery. Your cute story made me smile. Thanks!
Currently recovering from Fusion Surgery of Lower Back in August 2009. Left leg/foot has been numb, swollen & useless since surgery. My positive attitude & sense of humor have gotten me this far...no point in giving up now! Lower back & Neck- DDD, Arthritis, Hypertrophic Facet Disease.
Sorry for the double post!! I'm too miserable to sit at the computer so I'm laying in bed with my heating pads using my BlackBerry NOT SO "Smartphone"!!
