does anyone know how and where bruce lee injured his back?

i heard that his back injury left him layed up in bed for 6 MONTHS!

from what i read, it was a pinched nerve in his sacrum?? what does that exactly mean? was it a herniated disc??? does anyone know what kind of symptoms he had??

after 6 months in bed they said everyday bruce would ride the bike for 15 miles, run 3 miles, do 1000 kicks on each leg. and he did this everyday. pretty amazing.

saw it on youtube. search bruce lee documentary.
