I was 14 when I had an anterior spinal fusion because of scoliosis. I am now 29 and have had no troubles what so ever, minor pain here and there but no limited activities. I have had two children vaginally with no complications. However I am now dealing with lower back pain. I am not sure if it's because of lifting my 5 month old or if something is going on with my hardware (4 screws and a cable). Just wondering if these have to ever be removed?
And can anyone recommend a good mattress. I have a Sleep Number bed right now, and it's horrible on my back!
Thank you for anyone that can help!
...say it ain't so! I can't comment on your hardware issue, but I can't believe my eyes that someone doesn't like their sleep number bed. I've had one for almost seven years and I love it almost as much as I love my hubby. The fact that I can make it firm when I need it and soft when I need it is totally awesome.
Anyway, sorry, I know that not everyone loves it. I've heard a lot of people here say they like the temperpedic, but I've never tried it. You might try typing "Matresses" in the search function above to find a thread that started a bit back about this subject.
