Per the MRI "Impression": Grade 1 spondylolisthesis L5/S1, based on bilateral spondylolysis, along with bilateral foraminal stenosis at L5-S1; also a moderate degree of facet arthropathy at L4-L5.
I have a follow up appointment with my Primary Care Provider today at a Military Treatment Facility. I am wondering what types of questions and treatments should I ask for?
I am wondering if the slip is stable?
Do I want:
Physical Therapy (I have a list of exercises and stretches)
-Traction?
Injections?
Other care/pain management options?
Should I consider chiropractic care (on my dime)? Would a sports chiropractor possibly be able to manage this to where the pain would go away and I could return to running?
I am receiving accupuncture treatments 2X a week since 7/3, but have not seen any improvement. That being said, I was still running two to thee times a week...
Thanks.

No PT, a referral to Pain Management is next. The doc seemed to pooh pooh it, imo. Even stated I could run easy if i wanted and that chances of it moving further were nil.
I think I'll hold off on that...
Had another accupuncture session on the way home.
