Sorry to hear that you tore your rotator cuff. It never seems fair when while dealing with our spine issues, other parts of our bodies become injured. We wind up compensating for our spine issues in ways we don't realize and many times it leads to further injury.

Are they going to repair your rotator cuff or let it heal on its own?

to go get a MRI done sometime this week to see how bad it is.the way it happen was i took my german shepherd dog samson to the vet sat. well as we were going inside the exam room i had him with my left hand he pulled away from me and i pulled him thats when i felt it snap OOOUUCCHH!

Ouch! I found that any spine issue really makes it dangerous to walk a dog on a leash, even medium weight dogs. A German Shepard is a tad large and oh boy I can imagine the yank he must have given you. I have had to get friends and my husband to walk my 30 lb dog for me many times, most especially post op. He may only be 30lbs, but you let him get the inertia going and bam he can yank you around in a split second.

I hope Samson is alright and that you find the rotator cuff can heal without surgery.
