Look what I can do now !

Sure, spinal problems can put some limitations on our life style. We may have to adjust somewhat, do things a bit differently, perhaps for some, not do those old things.

BUT, look at what we can do now!!!

To me that is such a success story. When I first joined Spine-Health, there was a young lady who loved to scuba dive and do underwater photography. Some cervical problems put a real damper on those activities.

But, they may have slowed her down a bit, but she came right back and continued to do the things she loved to do before. Perhaps in a more conservative way, but there was passion.

That person, you all know as "C" haglandc

I know there are hundreds of other not just success stories, but stories that show what anyone can really accomplish as long as they want to.

I have not come as far as

I have not come as far as "C" is - however we all have to start some where. Smile

I can dress myself, put on my own shoes (real shoes with laces! lol), and do all of my own self care now.

I recently went down a sliding board with my 2 younger grandkids for the first time ever Big Grin

I cried & cried - for JOY!

Before I could not go up steps at all and I did not trust my back to hold me upright to go down the slide.

We should be thankful for any progress. I still remember the first time I put on my own socks - I was so happy.... yeah now days it does not take much to make me happy Wink
