Sorry, but that is an awful suggestion.
There is no protein in there at all, and you must have protein in your diet as a large proportion.
Are you saying to eat only these things?
Each meal must be a nutritious one, with the necessary balance of fats, protein and some carbs, minerals vitamins and so on.
If not, you will always be hungry and not satisfied.
This will then lead to snack foods and high carb eating.
You would be at high risk of becoming ill, subject to infections, have no energy and feel awful.
Where are the eggs? Should have 2 or 3 a day.
You MUST have some fat in your diet too. Fats are not the bad guys-processed carbs and HFCS are.

You will just get very hungry. That is just not enough food for your body to function.
Weight loss is quite tricky and should be a very gradual process using a balanced diet for every meal.
That way you avoid hunger pangs and binging.
By all means have salads and fruits, but you must make sure every meal is nutritious. That means fats, protein and carbs.
I understand how difficult it is to find your way through the nutrition and weight loss paths.
There is just so much rubbish and mis-information out there and the government guidelines are those pushed by big business to sell refined grain products and processed oils.
They would have you believe that a high grain diet is healthy-it's not.
That if you eat fat you get fat-you don't.
That a high carb diet with low fats is healthy-it's not.
You really have to do some reading to sort out rubbish.
