The key is to loose a healthy amount, I think they say 1lb per week. Your more likely to keep it off if you keep concentrating on eating healthy and excersing. You might notice changes in how your clothes fit before seeing results on the scale. Unfortunately as we get older it's harder to take the weight off. It sounds like your on the right track. Is there a reason why your concentrating on the next 20days?? Wish you the best in your weight loss adventure....
Mid 30's I've had 6 lumbar surgeries beginning at the age 17. Waiting for EMG test(July 23) and a SCS(Aug 12). I am not a medical professional in any way shape or form I just speak from my personal experiences.

I had two prodisc c devices inplanted into my neck on June 24, 2010, over 7 months ago 2/7/11. I am not a happy camper. I have a fire on my spine that wont go out. Pain meds do nothing and stretching and moderate exercise the same. I am juicing, I eat healthy and feel sick. I was told the Doctor put the discs in wrong,now Doctors will treat me now because they did not do the surgery.

If you eat healthy and work out, so you will probably lose about 15-20 BLS. September I used to walk along the hills of this huge 45 min, and was 3 miles long, and I went to 173-160 and I had good half, and lasted for about 1 month. Now I eat well most of the time and little exercise and I have all the weight off, and went down to 150 I hope this helped.
