i'm suffering for years now from a terrible backpain. i got this from an unfortunate bedroom wrestling match with my brother years ago. he was carrying me on his shoulders, readying me for a celtic cross piledriver (Finlay's maneuver), which i tried to counter with a sunset flip, but my brother already initiated the maneuver, sitting on my head, contorting my back. i heard a crack, and i couldn't speak for a good minute i think. now all the pain is gone, but it recurs whenever strain is applied on my lower back. i may have gotten permanent injury. is there any possible way to treat my back?
p.s. i went into retirement from bedroom wrestling.
Have you seen your Dr. for assessment yet? I think if any pain doesn't go away with icing and ibuprofen you really need to see your Dr. Let us know more of your history so we can help support you with this. Take care. Charry

Mild bilateral foraminal narrowing Neck-reverse Lordosis of c-spine C6-C7 with impingement, numb hand and sore outer elbow. Keep the faith.
I think daily exercise will help you to get the relief from this pain. But at the same time medication is also important. therefore, first of all concern your doctor and make the proper between medication and meditation. It will definitely help you.
