sleeping problem

Hey...
Guys i have a problem... Mostly i can't sleep well at night now a days i am addict of sleeping pills....
Even sometime pills also can't effect me when i am in tension... Guys how can i resolve this problem... i want relax sleep how can it possible

HI,
You don't say what type of sleeping pills you have been using...your dr could try different ones to see which have the best effect. Also, if you're all stressed out, sometimes a xanax for sleep instead of sleeping pills works for me. Sleep is something we all seem to have a lack of, and need to rest for bodies to heal....good luck!!!

Traditional Way + Supplement

For traditional way, many people proven effective the way of putting lavender scent over pillow or putting aroma scented candle in the room. For a supplement, be careful on what medicine/supplement you've taking. It might cause of side effects on your body. For a health supplement, i suggest the MX 5-HTP. It helps to aid in stress relief, help balance sleep patterns, lessen the effects of sleep deprivation and serotonin syndrome symptoms. If you browse on other health forum sites, you will see, many users recommend this supplement as it was proven effective and no side effects will occurred during taking of it.

Just a couple suggestions

I do take a pain pill and/or muscle relaxant about 1/2 hour to an hour before I want to go to bed. Sleep literature talks about getting into a pre-bedtime routine. Turn off the TV, do something relaxing like reading a book or listening to soothing music. Have the lights lowered. If you have something gnawing at you, write it down so you remember to deal with it the next day.

Also - avoid caffeine, exciting games or TV shows too close to bedtime, working on something stressful, drinking alcohol...that's about all I remember.

If you can't sleep well then

If you can't sleep well then you have to do the meditation because with that you feel fresh and you can sleep well but never take any king of medicine for sleeping because it is not good for the health.

Hi friend i think u need to really change ur eating habits . some peoples eat alots in late night then they always been through sleeping issues . And try to Follow some diet that is helpfull for sleep . Best of luck

Addiction is tablets for

Addiction is tablets for sleep is really very bad for health and sometimes it is also the reason not to get the proper sleep. First of all concern any consultant who will suggest you better treatment for addiction of sleeping pills. Then Exercise is the most important thing to keep you fit and stress free. Try to spend your time in your favorite activities. It will definitely help you to get sleep.

Addiction of sleeping pills

Addiction of sleeping pills is always harmful for health. There are number of side effects of sleeping pills like depression, headache and all. I think daily exercise for atleast 1 hour will help you to get the sleep without harm to your health.
