I wrote posts that never get answered ever..and I just delete my post and repost. Don't take it personal and hope you change your topic or delete such a hurtful saying. We're all hurting here. Maybe someone like me in horrible chronic pain for 3 years can't relate to you who had surgery. Give your post time so people can respond and don't forget many who had surgery and doing well have left here and off living a fairly normal life. Give your posts time. Good bye and take care. Charry
Any answers I have is not medical advice only a Doctor can help you with that. Just sharing my personal experience as a fellow Spine Health member only. DDD of lumbar spine with sciatica to left hip,leg and foot. L4-L5 posterior disc bulge with prominent facets, L5-S1 prominent facets with a posterior osteocartilaginous bar. Mild bilateral foraminal narrowing Neck-reverse Lordosis of c-spine C6-C7 with impingement, numb hand and sore outer elbow. Keep the faith.
I agree with Charry,I really hope this is a April Fools JOKE!lol? If it isn`t, then I hope you`ll stick around and see. It has been alittle slow,I think the reason might be a combination of things.I wish one of the reasons would be all the members were healed. That would be a wonderful reason! I can only say,Spine-Health is the best website I`ve found to help me. Great, caring, helpful people, and most importantly UNSELFISH.I only hope I can help others as much as they have helped me.Brenda
only get the moderators back up .i would retract your post or leave the site .many people on here are in grate pain myself included so please don't mock.

Oh goody, more spam! It's ironic that it is on the heals of a prior controversial "quit smoking" thread. Hummmm...

I just want to thank all of you for contributing to this amazing site. There are times I'm not sure if I belong on here due to the levels of pain I read about but the positive attitudes and continuous support proves this is something I DO want to be apart of! As for smoking...i read some of the comments on Saturday evening and looked at my husband and said "thats it..i'm ready to quit"! Just like that! I know its only been 2 days but i feel GREAT! I smoked for over 30 years and have casually said i "need" to quit many times..this was the 1st time it was i "want" to quit! I purchased the book that was referenced in previous comments although i'm not sure i will need it.
I just really appreciate everyone on here and all the support! Hope all of you have a blessed day!
Jo
