1 year post op
today is my year mark after my surgery, it seems like yesterday. it was a long road,i am better than before, still have some issues. but i'm pleased. hoping everyone on this site will have good outcomes as well.... god bless everyone on this board

Mick, how nice of you to find us and post about 1 year. What level did you have your acdf on, what were your pre op sympoms, and what was your time line for recovery,,,,,, did some symptoms really take months to go away?

Hey there, good to read that you are feeling better today than one year ago. My one year is next month and I hope to be able to write that by then. It has been a really long road, hasn't it? I wish you continued healing and recovery.

Surgery 8/21/07 for cervical myelopathy: Anterior Cervical Discectomy, bilateral foraminotomies C3-4, Corpectomy C5, Discectomy, foraminotomy C6-7, Fusion C3-4, C4-5, C5-6, C6-7, Use of allograft bone and plate THEN Posterior cervical fusion C3-4, C4-5, C5-6, C6-7 instrumentation and allograft bone. Right thumb arthroplasty & ring finger trigger release 11/07.
Right and left rotator cuff surgery. Left thumb arthroplasty. Left foot Jones fracture with surgery to insert screw and later to remove the screw.(all in 2004)
Arthritis, Osteoporosis, Fibromyalgia, Migraines
