Hi all. I'm new here. I signed up as I've had a recurring neck/back problem for quite a while now. It tends to come and go all the time. Basically I get a sharp sudden pain where the top of my spine meets my neck and I can hardly move my neck at all for around 2 days and it's around a week before I can move it freely again. I thought it was lifting heavy weights that was causing the problem so I stopped, however the last time it happened I simply yawned and my neck completely locked up. The previous time I was just stretching after getting out of bed and it happened. I'm just wondering if anyone has experienced a similar problem or knows anything about the pains I'm having in my neck. Your advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
