No pain in the neck
Looks like this new format will NOT be a pain in the neck, so no need to post here, heeeheeeheee
Just checking out how a topic looks when it is created.
I love how you can select wihch forum you want to post to without actually being in that forum when starting a new topic.

Where do we all start talking, all of us are now "new members" again.
Someone needs to align the site, them important articles is in my typing area - LOL
40-year old male w/ mild to sometimes severe mid/lower back pain. (1-year with neck/shoulder/upper back & arm pain) 7/07 & 9/07 slip and fall. 1/09 - Loss of some natural curve in cervical and thoracic spine. 12/08 - Mild remote anterior wedging of t8 w/ very mild multilevel ddd mid to low thoracic spine w/ very mild central/right paracentral disc protrusion at t6-7. 6/08 - ACDF w/ donor bone and hardware at c6-7. 3/08 - Very small disc osteophyte complex at c3-4 resulting in minimal central canal narrowing, c6-7 mild spondylosis w/ right greater than left lateral disc protrusion. 11/07 - ESI at c6-7. 11/07 - Normal lumbar spine MRI. 7/07 - Mild spondylotic disc disease at c3-4 & c6-7 w/ mild foraminal narrowing at the c6-7 level w/ no central stenosis or disc herniation evident.
Well I think I made it over to the new site ok. It will be nice to see old friends on here shortly.

But I'm not sure I understand the buddy thing.
DDD, spondylosis, osteophytes, pinched nerve root at C-5-C-6,facet joint arthritis. RA,OA problems in hands(CMC thumb.arthoplasty 3/10);feet(Surgery '08 to straighten and fuse toes);right shoulder(3 surgeries '02,'04 and '06.)
