Back Pain
Hello Spine Friends,
I was wondering if there is anyone who has had a 9-level thoracic fusion from T3-T12. My first thoracic fusion was July 08. Then, I had a revision surgery May 2009,because of 2 nonunions & hardware failure. Prior to surgery I had severe pain between my shoulder blades, and mid back. All this is caused my DDD. It has been 4mo's since surgery. I have shooting pain in my left shoulder blade,and now severe episodes of pain near T-10 area. I am hoping someone can relate to my problems. Tara

i have not had that type of surgery but i am no stranger to the operating theatre i have has 2 big operations on my lower back and countless painful procedures .so i am not stranger to pain ! hope you find answers to your questions here at spine health
