What kind of problems do you have, we are here to help you and chat with you about our experiences, we are not dr's we are just normal people that have back and neck problemd and we came to this site to talk to each other, I have met some great friends here and I am grateful the site exists, I do not know what I would have done if it had not been for this site, I think you will find some very good and useful ideas on this site.I also hope you find it useful and make some friends as I have.
