Hi everyone
Never been part of a forum, so this is totally new for me. I've very much enjoyed (found comfort) in what everyone has to say. I had a 4 level cervical fusion 5 weeks ago. Feel like crud and I hate that Miami J collar that I have to wear. Thanks for being out there. JR
