Apologies if I am posting in the wrong forum. My brother has had a couple back/neck surgeries & I am trying to find out what a good recliner would be for him. He had a lower back surgery (I'm sorry I don't know the terminology, but it was pretty much at his waist) to repair a ruptured disk about 10 years ago. He also had a neck surgery a few years ago. His disk(s) were actually crushing his spinal cord. Anyhow, after his first surgery he bought a barcalounger which worked great up until recently. Now, the longer he sits in it, the worse his muscle spasms get. However, they have discontinued the model & none go flat enough for him. I noticed alot of the back pain recliners are not advertised as going flat but rather have a bend in the knee/waist area (zero gravity). I'm not having much luck finding personal reviews. He feels best when he can lay completely flat. Anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks for the help!
Can anyone recommend a good recliner?
