Actonel 150 mg Side Effects

Took my first dose of Actonel yesterday, and today, have major flu symptoms. Bone pain and joint pain, and a fever. How long does this last? Maybe it is the flu... Yikes!

I take Boniva monthly and

I take Boniva monthly and never have any problems. Although I have heard of jaw bone problems, I haven't heard about flu-type symptoms. Yuk. I wonder which medication is really most effective?--Mazy
