What is that. Don't want to sound dumb, just don't know what it is.
Then maybe I can comment.

psoas muscle realease done siurgically

Hi hollie, the psoas muscle is connected to the lumbar spine, they are hip flexors, i have don some research and have come to find that they can be a major source of causing back, groin and hip pain. I think nthey are loc\ated at the front of the hip, they can cause a person to be in like a hunched over position, if they are chronically tight, i have hyeard people on here say that have gotten relief when this muscle has been released.......a chiropractor or osteopath can release this muscles manually.

So I have been looking into perhaphs getting an orthapedic surgeon to release mine, i have an apointment with an orthapedic on the 8th october, so hopefully he will be able to give me more information.

tHANKS FOR TAKING THE TIME TO READ MY POST!!! Smile

Your welcome!
I read on another post bout it. I have a spaz in that muscle just never heard the name of it. Mine actually makes my hip feel outta joint. With everything else going on it hasn't really been looked at. But next pm visit I'm gonna ask more bout it. I'm constantly having hip pain just all the other stuff over powers that pain so I just let it be, but I'm having spasms letting go now but that ain't one of them.
Good luck at your dr visit.
Hope you get the help and relief you need!
